Criminal Conviction for MySpace Threats
The Third Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a jury conviction of a young man who, after the Virginia Tech massacre, publicized his support for the violence, and on his MySpace page posted general threats of violence. You can read more here: Dozier Internet Law blog post.
